Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, we are not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs.

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address after placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, 5280 Pets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
