Because we sell pet products that may come into contact with animals, all sales are final. For the health and safety of pets and to maintain product integrity, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once an order has been delivered.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing your claim, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, submitted after the required time period, or show evidence of misuse or normal wear and tear.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
